Certified Pilates Instructors

We are seeking knowledgeable and passionate comprehensively certified Pilates Instructors to join our team. Applicants with Reformer certification will also be considered.

As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead group equipment classes, including Reformer classes for up to 10 clients and Chair/Cadillac classes for groups of 5 or fewer. The instructor will educate clients on proper form, technique, body mechanics, and alignment while creating a supportive and motivating environment.

In addition to group classes, instructors should feel comfortable teaching private and small-group sessions for both new and experienced clients. All instructors must hold a certification from a reputable Pilates training program. Following the interview process, selected candidates will be asked to complete a 30-minute teaching audition for management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging equipment-based Pilates classes for all fitness levels

• Provide clear instructions 

• Offer modifications and hands-on adjustments to accommodate individual client needs

• Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback and encouragement 

• Create a positive and supportive environment

• Maintain a clean and organized studio space

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current comprehensive Pilates certification required; Reformer certification considered

• Previous experience teaching Pilates equipment classes, as well as private and small-group sessions

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain exercises and provide helpful feedback

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to movement and exercise

• Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals
