How We Teach Pilates

At the BodySmith, Pilates is never one-size-fits-all. Sessions are intentionally small or private to ensure personalized instruction, hands-on guidance, and thoughtful progressions. We use classical and contemporary Pilates principles across mat and apparatus-based training to support:
